In Between Sets launched in 2023 with a simple goal: make inroads into Lakeland’s music scene.

After two years of performing pop-up sets between bands, they stepped into the spotlight in 2026, booking their own shows and bringing the full experience to local stages.

Fronted by Brad Sundgren and occasionally backed by a rotating cast of standout musicians, the band delivers a dynamic mix of indie, alternative, and pop hits from the ’80s to today—blending nostalgia, energy, and tight musicianship.
